What You’ll Do

• Conduct end-to-end hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best talent.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top professionals.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline.
• Run structured interviews and assessments to ensure we hire the best.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Make sure every candidate has an awesome experience—regardless of the outcome.
• Creat content for onboarding processes
• Partner with business areas for creating specific content
• Coordinate  training programs 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (bonus if in tech, consulting, or CX/EX).
• Experience with remote and international hiring.
• Experience with training and development.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
